St. Maur Estate was established in 1998 by the Panizzutti family. Located in Exeter, in the Southern Highlands of NSW. Sitting 700m above sea level on the rich volcanic soils of the family’s old dairy farm. It’s the perfect position to produce cool climate, vineyard-expressive wines of distinction.

By European standards, St. Maur Estate is fairly young. Yet the depth of their winemaking experience and tradition goes back generations to their Italian forefathers. This is evident in every glass. It was our task to create an identity that honoured their attitude to tradition, family and excellence.
